MONOLOGUE / SOLILOQUY / STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS /ASIDE explained

MONOLOGUE / SOLILOQUY / STREAM OF CONSCIOUSNESS /ASIDE

Both monologue and soliloquy translate the speaker's thoughts to either him/herself or to the audience/other characters. However, if we take the case of someone who's delivering a speech to an audience without any interaction, it's a monologue ("mono" = one, "logue" = speech). This simply implies that a monologue  is directed to an audience who are not allowed to respond (the character reveals his/her thoughts to them). Soliloquy ("soli" = self, "loquy" = speech), on its part, refers to a speech made by a character to him/herself, without an intention to be heard by his/her co-actors, in which s/he expresses his/her thoughts (to the viewers/readers).
Stream of consciousness is a speech (flow of thoughts / ideas) within the character's mind only. For the sake of production (film) or writing (book), the producer/writer just makes us know what's going on within the character's mind. However, stream of consciousness doesn't involve any movement of the lips.
Lastly, an aside is a whisper made on stage, either to the speaker him/herself or to another actor, without the intention of being heard by the other actors on stage. However, the audience may get what he/she says.
